Everything was going perfectly smooth and well arranged with Wayfair and the local delivery partner. The men who delivered the box ,which was a big and heavy box, carried it to our inside the house entryway as I choose to. They were so careful about handling and putting it on the floor which I appreciate so much because the console needs a careful handling because it has mirrors everywhere except the backside. The cabinet looks STUNNING in person and Wayfair photos is not doing justice . My recommendation is to lay the box on the floor on the side which does not have mirrors and open the box bottom first because the legs are at the bottom with screws and washers and you need to assemble them to the cabinet.

After attaching, you need 3 people to sit it upright . Final words, if you are looking for a mirrored console with this measurements , don’t hesitate go for this one .

6. tall but we don’t like bending over a sink too much the older we get!). Used a matte (no sheen) oil based polyurethane on top surface and kick plate to help protect it.

My husband used hand tools to modify it for the vessel sink and the plumbing which affected the middle drawer (just cut the back and bottom off the drawer, which are velvet lined and reinforced in the corners, and reinserted the drawer into the slide rails).

Very sturdy piece of furniture, solid and well built.

I included a close up of the wood on top, the color overall is more blackish than brown, which is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

I love the distressing (there are some parts of rug where fibers are removed down to the backing to give it a heavily distressed look). The pictures on the website make it look like it is primarily navy with dark tan but in reality it is more of a medium gray based blue with navy, beige and off white. To help get a better idea of the colors I dug out my Sherwin Williams color fan deck and found that it most closely matched the blues in the Neutral Color section, specifically swatch #35 with SW6243/Distance being the shade of blue on edging and very dominant in the rug. There is also SW6244/Naval along with SW6242/Bracing Blue & SW6241/Aleutian.

The beiges are similar to Sherwin Williams swatch #12 (with 6081/Down Home being the darkest tan in the rug and shades of SW6080/Utterly Beige, SW6079/Diverse Beige, SW6078/Realist Beige & 6077/Everyday White.

The rug is really soft but thin so I’d advise a rug pad. Overall, if you are looking for a beautiful distressed rug with NEUTRAL shades of blue, beige & tan, I’d recommend this one.

It also came in complete with out any assembly! I would caution that it is an oversized pice as its height and depth are more then standard.

Bought it to hold books and some good wine bottles and glasses that I don’t want to store in my kitchen. I do not have a dining room, but it would take away from this piece. It’s lovely to look at. I disassembled the box at the doorway and pushed the unit to the dining area.

This piece is super heavy…better eat your wheaties! 225 lbs of solid bulk….whew.”
